What are the terms of the delivery service?
UK deliveries will be made on the same day for all orders received before 1:00 PM GMT (excluding holidays and festive seasons). Otherwise the deliveries will be made on the next day, or on the first day of the following week if you happen to make your order on Sunday or late Saturday.
For Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other special dates where traditionally flowers are in big demand, please submit your order at least two days in advance to guarantee the availability of stocks. Special arrangements have to be made with us to accommodate orders for deliveries on public holidays and/or Sundays.
What are the coverage areas for the delivery service?
We deliver flowers both locally and internationally either ourselves or through associate florists. Simply order with Stems and leave the rest to us.
Is the online payment system secure?
stemslowestoft.co.uk is a secure site. When you go from the trolley to the checkout, you'll see the address change to 'https' and you'll see the secure padlock icon in your browser. Our SSL security certificate is provided by RapidSSL - an international front-runner in web security certification.
How do I order online?
- Visit one of the flower categories via the drop down menu.
- When you find flowers you want to buy, chose the price and click the Buy Now button.
- Repeat Step 2 & 3 to continue shopping.
- Amend your shopping cart if you need to.
- Click "Check Out" Button to proceed to order details.
- Click through the checkout, completing the required information as you go.
- Provide your credit card details. We accept all major credit cards.
- At the end of the checkout, click the Place Order button.
Can I order by phone?
Yes, you can phone your order through if you prefer.

Can the orders be fulfilled all the time?
Seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. Specific colours may not always be available. In some cases, substitution may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements.
In certain extreme cases, subject to stock-availability, we reserve the right to substitute your order with another item that is of equal or higher value. Containers shown may not always be available as well. In these circumstances, alternative containers of similar value and style will be used.
When is my card charged?
Your card will not be charged until your flowers are ready for dispatch.
What happens when the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, Stemsor the assisting florist may choose to:
Leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for redelivery.
Leave the arrangement with a neighbour and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf.
If instructed by the customer, call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time.
If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the flower arrangement to their place of work.
Please note: Most deliveries are made during normal business hours (9 to 5). Deliveries in the early morning or after 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. would require prior arrangement.
Can my arrangement be delivered on Sundays & Public Holidays?
Kindly advise us earlier (1 to 2 days) for deliveries to be made on Sunday and Saturday i.e. by Friday or Thursday.
In the event the delivery date is a Public Holiday, we may deliver on the next working day.
At all times we will strive to deliver on the date requested, and if we are not able to, we will advise you as soon as possible.
On occasions like Valentine's & Mother's Day we will be extending our hours of delivery. For these peak occasions, we strongly advise you to place your order earlier.
How far in advance can I place an order?
You can place an order as far in advance as you wish.
Can I order more than one item at a time online?
You can if they are all being sent to the same person. But if you want to send more than one gift to more than one person, the easiest way is to put through each order separately.
Can I collect my flowers personally?
Yes you can! We're open Mon- friday 8.30-5pm
